As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping care delivery, ensuring high standards of practice, and fostering collaboration across the multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide leadership and management support within our Mindworks East Hub. This is a dynamic and varied role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the delivery of care across the locality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with providing overall leadership and management support to the East Mindworks Hub
- Supervising and guiding colleagues to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships across services in Surrey.
- Working in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and senior leadership to deliver integrated, patient-focused care.
- Manage a caseload of young people for assessment, interventions and supporting the Duty system.
