What you'll be doing

  • Providing proactive, high-level support to up to three senior Executives, helping them manage competing priorities and maximising their time.
  • Managing complex diaries, inboxes and meeting schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Acting as a confident first point of contact, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, Trustees, clinicians and external partners.
  • Preparing high-quality agendas, Board papers, presentations and correspondence.
  • Co-ordinating Executive meetings, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion.
  • Managing travel, expenses and wider Executive Office administration.
  • Taking ownership of issues and escalations, ensuring they are managed efficiently and appropriately.
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the effectiveness of the Executive Office.

What we're looking for You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You're confident working with senior leaders, know how to manage competing priorities and aren't afraid to use your initiative. You'll bring:

  • Experience supporting senior Executives, ideally across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional diary and inbox management skills.
  • The confidence to build relationships, influence stakeholders and act as an effective gatekeeper.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality documents, presentations and meeting minutes.
  • Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and absolute discretion when handling confidential information.
  • A calm, resilient and solutions-focused approach, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
  • A healthcare background would be advantageous, but we are very happy to explore other industry backgrounds.
