You will work a mixture of clinical shifts and protected education shifts, supporting colleagues to develop confidence and competence in caring for children with complex needs. Working alongside the Education and Governance Leads, you will help embed learning from incidents, audits, research and service developments into clinical practice, promoting high standards of care and continuous professional development across the hospice.

You will develop and deliver education programmes, clinical updates and learning opportunities that support the needs of the service. You will facilitate reflective practice, maintain accurate records of training, competencies and clinical supervision, and ensure all staff have equitable access to learning and development opportunities.
