Main duties of the job
We are looking for a highly skilled Sous chef to create fresh nutritious meals for our residents using the best fresh ingredients available. This position requires a passionate Chef who can support the Head Chef, lead by example, and demonstrate the creative flair necessary to deliver high level hospitality. The role offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, spread over four days, with shifts running from 7am to 6pm. The work is structured into two-week rotations: the first week includes Thursday plus one other weekday and the weekend, while the second week covers Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Significant experience in leading a kitchen and working with Modified Diets is essential. The salary is £14.10 per hour.
