Job summary
The Rota Support & Compliance Administrator supports the Lead Rota Administrator with recruitment administration, pre-employment compliance, staff onboarding and workforce record management. The role ensures that clinical and non-clinical staff are appropriately vetted, trained, credentialed and ready to work before commencing duties.
This is a remote role; however, you may occasionally be required to attend the workplace in person, and you will be given notice where this is needed. You must also be able to work in and around North East London (NEL) when required.
This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week. Working days will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.

Main duties of the job
- Coordinate recruitment administration, including applicant contact, interviews and start dates.
- Complete pre-employment checks, including Right to Work, ID, references, DBS and professional credentials.
- Support new starters through onboarding, induction and internal system set-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff compliance records and the Staff Compliance Matrix.
- Monitor mandatory training, health clearance and renewal requirements.
- Maintain confidential, GDPR-compliant personnel records and support audit readiness.
- Provide administrative support and rota cross-cover when required.
