Job summary
We are recruiting for Neonatal Nurses, to join our level 3 unit.
The Senior Neonatal nurse will be expected to perform all aspects of Neonatal care within the neonatal setting.
To assist in the planning implementation and delivery of care and accept delegated responsibility from senior staff.
Main duties of the job
- Care of the sick and preterm newborns .
- Plan and implement care and be able to manage own workload.
- To attend relevant clinical and unit meetings, as appropriate.
- To be aware of the Trust's discipline and grievance procedures.
- To ensure economical use of ward stocks and inform senior staff of any shortages.
- To be responsible for the proper use and maintenance of all equipment.
- To monitor and adhere to the Duchess of Westminster Wing Security Policy.
