Are you caring, compassionate and motivated to make a positive difference to someone’s life? Your Life Your Way is looking for a Care Support Assistant to support a person based in Northwich.
This is a rewarding role where you will provide person-centred support, promote independence, and help the person live the life they choose. Full training will be provided before you start work, with ongoing support from the wider team.
The hours will be 34 hours per week, this includes days and sleeping nights.
The rate of pay is £13.45 for days and £8.72 for sleeping shifts.
Main duties of the job
The role is to support our client within her own home and in the community.
Our client has a learning disability and pica. The staff are required to support our client with medication, administration, meal preperation, personal care, domestic duties and arranging activities.
The client enjoys going out for walks and drives, she likes watching TV especially soaps and Disney and listening to music.

We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client based in Northwich.

About the Role
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £13.45.
This position involves 34 per week, including day shifts and sleeping night shifts.
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
- Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
- Administering medication when required
What We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need:
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Good communication skills
- A genuine desire to support others
- Basic IT and record-keeping skills
- A full UK driving licence is advantageous
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
