What you will be doing As a Practice Nurse, you will support the Thornford Park service for people to build a brighter future, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. Working alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will support and encourage service users to improve their physical health and will be responsible for risk assessments, liaising with our GP service, supervising junior staff and implementing screening processes. No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine. Main duties of the job

To be successful as Practice Nurse, you’ll need
- RGN experience
- Relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- Experience in a similar environment.
- Evidence of clinical practice development
