An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Ward Manager to join our dedicated Learning Disabilities Pathway team in Whalley, supporting 2 of our 4 specialist houses.

Our houses provide Individual Packages of Care (IPC), delivering intensive, person-centred support tailored to the unique needs of each individual in our care. This role offers the chance to make a real difference by helping shape and transform services while leading with compassion, resilience, and innovation.

Main duties of the job

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to take joint leadership of our established Learning Disability Inpatient Service in Whalley. The service consists of four houses, each designed to provide specialist support within a safe, therapeutic environment.

You will work closely in partnership with another Ward Manager and alongside a comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver exceptional care and positive outcomes for the people we support.We welcome applications from experienced practitioners with:
