Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and forward-thinking practice on a permanent basis for 4-6 sessions per week.
Thursday and Friday are essential working days, while the remaining sessions can be arranged flexibly between Monday and Wednesday. Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is available for a suitable candidate.
Our clinical model allows GPs to focus on patient care. Each clinical day consists of 14 morning and 14 afternoon appointments, together with one home visit. The position has minimal routine administrative work and is supported by an experienced multidisciplinary and administrative team.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care through face-to-face and telephone consultations. Duties include assessing and managing acute and long-term conditions, safe prescribing, appropriate referrals and maintaining accurate clinical records.

The postholder will provide safe, effective and patient-centred primary care through face-to-face and telephone consultations. Duties include assessing and managing acute and long-term conditions, safe prescribing, appropriate referrals, accurate clinical record-keeping and one home visit per clinical day.

The postholder will contribute to clinical governance, safeguarding, quality improvement, practice meetings and service development while working in accordance with NHS, GMC and practice policies.
Applicants must:
- Be fully registered with the GMC and hold a licence to practise.
- Be included on, or eligible to join, the NHS England Medical Performers List.
- Hold a recognised UK GP qualification or an accepted equivalent.
- Have appropriate medical indemnity.
- Meet NHS pre-employment, occupational health and DBS requirements.
- Demonstrate effective communication, teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care.
