Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GPto join our friendly and supportive team at Mayfair Medical Centre.
As a growing practice, we are looking for a GP to work full days on Wednesdays and Thursdays, plus alternate Fridays, with a view to increasing to 3 full days a week in the longer term.
Mayfair Medical Centre is a friendly, patient-centred practice serving a diverse local community in the West End. We operate a same-day access model and pride ourselves on providing responsive, high-quality care while maintaining a supportive working environment for our team.
The successful candidate will work alongside our existing GPs and wider multidisciplinary team, providing routine and same-day appointments and contributing to the ongoing care of our patients.

Main duties of the job
Our practice operates a telephone-first service, with patients offered same-day face-to-face appointments where clinically indicated. In this role, you will provide a morning and afternoon clinic alongside a GP colleague, with an appropriate share of clinical admin. We teach medical students and would be looking for someone keen to be involved in clinical teaching.

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic GP to join our team for 4 morning sessions per week (MondayThursday, 9:0013:00). Please note that this fixed pattern of four weekday morning sessions is essential for our rota and is not negotiable.
The role involves providing holistic, high-quality primary care to our patients while contributing to the smooth and safe running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based GP services to patients

- Provide continuity of care for registered patients
- Participate in clinical decision-making and collaborative working with the wider multidisciplinary team

Person Specification
- GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Inclusion (or eligibility for inclusion) on the NHS GP Performers List
