Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise cardiac physiologists and the wider cardiology team.
- Support clinician decision-making and provide second opinions within the service.
- Conduct audits of clinical standards, contributing to continuous improvement in patient care and safety.
- Develop, review, and approve clinical protocols and care pathways.
- Support post-graduate education and training within the service.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, referring clinicians, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain effective and responsive communication with other members of the Omnes team.
- Oversee quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company policies, national guidelines, and safety standards.

- To identify and support ways that the service could be delivered more effectively via digital methods and innovative technologies
- Taking part in clinical appraisals.
- Organising and attending monthly meetings remotely and or F2F when required.
- Providing support in attending meetings with relevant stakeholders, as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Full registration with the GMC and a licence to practice.
- Entry on the GMC Specialist Register for Cardiology.
- MRCP or equivalent and membership of a Royal College of Physicians in the UK (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Cardiology.
- Experience in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuing professional development and evidence-based practice.
