Salary: Negotiable Contract: Fixed-term (6 months) Working Pattern: Minimum 4 clinical sessions per week

Main duties of the job

Main Duties

  • Support the 8 GP Partners in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Manage a varied and interesting clinical caseload.
  • Opportunity to contribute to key clinical areas, including:
  • Long-term condition management
  • Care home support
  • Frailty services
  • Home visits
  • Prescribing and medicines optimisation
  • Staff education and training
  • Potential to assist with the development of healthcare services and health promotion initiatives.
  • Manage your own administrative workload.
  • No requirement to maintain a personal patient list.
