- Typing and processing referral letters and medical correspondence.
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Supporting GPs and clinicians with administrative tasks.
- Liaising with hospitals, community services, and patients.
- Handling confidential information in line with GDPR requirements.
