Ensuring a sustainable,provider-led mental health contracting and commissioning function for IPoC that is high quality, person and outcome-focused, lawful, and financially sustainable.

Lead on the development of the commissioning function and activities for IPoC across all age pathways to ensure robust process are in place to enable the effective use of resources to meet the needs of our population now and into the future.

Think and plan strategically, tactically and creatively, and prioritise work programmes in the face of competing demands, including an evidenced approach to commissioning and procurement.
