An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Registered Nurse to join our supportive and professional team within the Inpatient Unit at Bolton Hospice. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role, offering an excellent opportunity to further develop your nursing skills, knowledge and experience within specialist palliative care.
You will be joining a friendly, supportive and dedicated Inpatient Unit team, committed to providing high-quality, expert specialist palliative and end-of-life care to patients and their families. Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, while continuing to develop your own skills and expertise.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Staff Nurse working as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, you will support patients with complex clinical needs and provide hands-on, person-centered care. Our staff strive to provide the highest quality of service for our patients and their families and carers, through a collaborative team approach.
Job description
To work with others to ensure the highest standards of nursing and clinical care to patients and carers.
To advise and support staff, demonstrate a high level of competence in the speciality and broaden remit in line with current evidence-based knowledge and training.
