Main duties of the job
As a Home Manager within Barchester Healthcare, you will lead in delivering person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable people. Barchester empowers managers with a clear framework and autonomy to manage their homes, alongside additional support and infrastructure. The role includes participation in the profit share scheme and potentially doubling your salary through performance bonuses. Barchester has earned high ratings for quality care services, ranked as one of the top companies to work for. The role requires inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, organizational and management skills, as well as experience in care home management including marketing and occupancy. Suitable candidates will have experience creating community links, a strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance guidelines, and excellent communication abilities.
