• We have developed an innovative approach with GPA/CC available and on hand to manage wider GP responsibilities (eConsult/tasks/insurance etc.) which has significantly reduced GP admin burdens.
• We have established a cohesive prescribing team led by Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technician, and prescription clerks.
• Paramedic and pharmacists run home visiting/care homes service alongside the care-coordinator.
• Full workflow optimisation through highly skilled admin team.
