<p>Millview Medical Centre is a friendly, forward-thinking dual-site rural practice serving our local communities with pride. We are seeking an exceptional Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team and play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care.</p>
<p>This is an exciting opportunity to work autonomously across a diverse range of acute, urgent, chronic and complex presentations whilst helping to shape and develop services for our growing patient population.</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be a highly skilled and autonomous clinician, providing expert assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing and ongoing care for patients presenting with both acute and long-term conditions.</p>
<p>You will utilise advanced clinical decision-making skills to manage differentiated and undifferentiated presentations, deliver same-day urgent care, undertake home visits where appropriate, and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services.</p>

<p><strong>Working across all four pillars of Advanced Practice, you will:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Clinical Practice</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assess, diagnose and manage acute, chronic and complex conditions.</li>
<li>Provide same-day urgent care and clinical triage.</li>
<li>Independently prescribe medication.</li>
<li>Request and interpret diagnostic investigations.</li>
<li>Develop personalised care plans and support patient self-management.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide clinical leadership within the team.</li>
<li>Mentor and support junior clinicians and students.</li>
<li>Contribute to service development and quality improvement projects.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Share specialist knowledge and expertise across the practice.</li>
<li>Support training and professional development of colleagues.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Research & Quality Improvement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Participate in clinical audits, governance activities and research initiatives.</li>
<li>Drive innovation and improvements in patient care.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a motivated, compassionate and experienced clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.</p>

<p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.</li>
<li>MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent qualification).</li>
<li>Independent/Supplementary Prescriber (V300).</li>
<li>Demonstrable competency within the HEE Advanced Clinical Practice Framework.</li>
<li>Evidence of a robust clinical portfolio.</li>
<li>Commitment to continuing professional development.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>General Practice or Primary Care Network experience.</li>
<li>Supervising, mentoring or teaching junior staff.</li>
<li>Leading quality improvement initiatives and service development projects.</li>
</ul>
