Imperial Business School is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated individual to join the Management Suite Programme Team to lead on the operational delivery of the MSc Strategic Management programme. This is one of the largest programmes at the Business School.

What you would be doing:

Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a dynamic, supportive, and engaging team supporting MSc students. This role has line management responsibility for a Programme Coordinator.

You will be responsible for coordinating the effective and efficient delivery of our programme, overseeing the operation, review and development of administrative processes.

Flexibility is essential as you strive to meet high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction, ensuring an exceptional student experience. You will manage all aspects of programme delivery and proactively enhance the student experience by providing useful analytics, insights into pedagogical practices and promoting cross-functional teamwork. Your approach to programme management will focus on improving student experience, fostering innovation and driving continuous quality improvements.

What we are looking for:

You should have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented. You will be comfortable balancing multiple deadlines and prioritising effectively.

You will have a commitment to providing high-quality support and smooth operational delivery of the programme. You will also have the ability to work under pressure, working both independently and within a team.

You should be able to implement change on both a strategic and operational level. Experience in the Higher Education sector would be an advantage, as would an interest in business education and technology. You will need to be an energetic, organised self-starter with strong communication and management skills.

You should have experience working with MS Office and large amounts of data, as well as excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience of managing, supporting, or coordinating projects, activities or events to time and budget is also essential.

Full requirements of the job can be found on the job description and person specification.

What we can offer you:

The opportunity to continue your career at a world-leading institution and be part of our mission to use science for humanity.

Benefit from a sector-leading salary and remuneration package (including 39 days’ annual leave and generous pension schemes).

Access to a range of workplace benefits including a flexible working policy from day one, generous family leave packages, on-site leisure facilities and cycle-to-work scheme.

Interest-free season ticket loan schemes for travel.

Be part of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative work culture with various staff networks and resources to support your personal and professional wellbeing.
