Job description

Full Time, Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and diverse Community Development Team as an Inclusive Communities Facilitator (Disability Equality). Working alongside Disabled people, volunteers and community and partner organisations, you will strengthen community networks, reduce inequalities, and help people access opportunities that matter to them. Strong communication skills, a commitment to equality and inclusion, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities are essential.

This role may involve some evening and weekend work which you will be able to take back as flexi time.
