<p><strong>🩺</strong><strong> THE ROLE</strong></p>

<p>As a Paramedic within our Primary Care Team, you will:</p>

<ul>

<li>Assess, diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions</li>

<li>Undertake home visits where appropriate</li>

<li>Provide clinical assessment, treatment and advice</li>

<li>Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals</li>

<li>Support patients with prevention, self-management and health promotion</li>

<li>Help improve patient access and continuity of care</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>👨‍⚕️</strong><strong> ABOUT YOU</strong></p>

<p>✔ Registered Paramedic with HCPC registration</p>

<p>✔ Experience working autonomously and as part of a team</p>

<p>✔ Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills</p>

<p>✔ Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care</p>

<p>✔ Ability to manage a varied workload effectively</p>

<p>✔ Friendly, approachable and patient-focused</p>

<p>✔ Primary care experience desirable but not essential</p>
