GP Partner, Dr Cassidy & PartnersGP Practice

We are a 4-partner practice with a list size of around 5,000 patients, and we are looking for a new colleague to join us due to the planned retirement of one of our partners next year. We have had a stable partnership for many years and prioritise time with each other (morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunchtime) every day. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent patient care, and who likes working as part of a team. We ideally would like a partner to join us, however we are open to negotiation.

The practice catchment area covers Johnstone, Elderslie, Kilbarchan, Houston, Howwood, Linwood & Bridge of Weir which offers a mixed socioeconomic demography. No two days are the same!

What does a typical GP day look like?
-15 minute appointments
-morning surgery with 10 patients
-afternoon surgery with 10-12 patients
-shared coffee breaks (am & pm) & lunch breaks with colleagues
-half day duty doctor session (no full days on call!)
-collaborative, equitable share of workload
