Our non‑clinical team is also integral to how we work. Our reception, admin and management colleagues are highly engaged, attend regular practice meetings and are central to maintaining safe, efficient systems and a welcoming atmosphere across all four sites.
This multidisciplinary approach allows us to make the best use of the skills within the practice and ensures our patients are supported by the most appropriate member of the team.

We have a strong commitment to professional development and welcome clinicians who would like to develop special interests or contribute to teaching, training, audit, quality improvement and service development.
We are situated in a beautiful rural part of Cornwall, with the coast and countryside on our doorstep and good access to the wider towns of Helston, Falmouth, Penzance and Truro.
