Long-term Locum (1 day/week), The Victoria PracticeGP Practice

The Victoria Practice is a friendly GP Surgery in Govanhill, with a current list size of 6,700 patients. We’re looking for a Long-term Locum GP, to join our team for one day a week. A short drive from Glasgow City Centre and with close links to the M8, Govanhill Health Centre provides an excellent working environment in the centre of one of Glasgow’s most diverse and dynamic communities – and just a short walk from a great coffee on Victoria Road!

Brief summary of the post:
– 15 minutes appointments
– EMIS/Docman (migrating to Vision January 2027)
– Very few housecalls, shared amongst team depending on workload

You’ll be working alongside experienced GP partners and a well-integrated multidisciplinary team, with a management structure that is approachable and responsive. We are open to new ideas and encourage clinicians to shape how we deliver care, rather than simply fit into a rigid system.
