Southampton Sea City Partnership was formed in April 2025 through the merger of St Mary and Victor Street partnerships.  We are proud to serve some of the most vibrant and diverse communities in the South of England. We are currently recruiting for Salaried GPs to join our growing medical team.  The job plan for the role will include mixed clinical duties – including list-holding and supporting continuity of care (through working in a small locally focussed micro-team), mixed routine & on-day clinics, occasional duty clinics and clinical admin.   We are ideally looking for GPs looking for more substantive appointments of between 4 and 6 sessions per week and have vacancies at our St Marys and Telephone house sites from January 2027 and at our Mulberry House site from February 2027.

We are a progressive organisation and have exciting plans for developing sustainable, high quality modern general practice.  Last year we implemented a new clinical model with improved access and triage arrangements (supported by ANIMA), together with a strong emphasis on continuity and neighbourhood delivery, ensuring patients with more complex needs have continuity of care with a clinician they know and trust. We are a well led organisation which has good links within our local health system and beyond. We offer work in a positive and collegiate team and are committed to staff wellbeing and development.   We have recently formed a new PCN and multi-neighbourhood collaboration arrangements with two other practices serving a total of circa 120k patients and are excited about the opportunities this will bring for sharing learning and working at scale when it suits (e.g. delivery of GPSI services).
