Due to retirement, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly dedicated team at Foundry Lane Surgery in East Leeds.

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who has previous experience of working in General Practice; a nurse who is enthusiastic, organised and is confident to work unsupervised.

Salary – Depending on experience

Working pattern – Tuesday 1pm – 6pm & Friday 8.30am – 6pm

The role will include management of long-term conditions, cytology, vaccinations, health screening and health promotion.
