Salaried GPGP Practice

We are looking to recruit a qualified salaried GP to join our growing multi-disciplinary team, working 5-8 sessions (25-40 hours).

The Ridings Medical Group is a large training practice acting as a single PCN (River and Wolds PCN); it offers quality primary care to 48,000 patients based in the East Riding of Yorkshire. We operate across five sites giving us flexible working and a strong, diverse, clinical team. We are research accredited and are performing top for Yorkshire & Humber. Our patch covers the commuter belt for Leeds, York and Hull.

What do you require from the right candidate:
>> Agreed job plan as per BMA contract
>> Morning/Evening surgery
>> Patient enquiries/Tasks – related to GP contact or named GP
>> Dictation for referrals – As necessary from patient contacts
>> Streamlined electronic post and results – Allocation capped on a sessional basis
>> Patient visits – One per session as a maximum, usually less with allocated time
>> Dispensary – Tasks related to patient contacts. Sign scripts in dispensary
>> Informal post-surgery discussion – Encouraged and as needed with any experienced colleague
>> Meetings: Significant Event Meetings, GP meetings, Educational meetings and social events. Clinical meetings option of remotely via MS Teams
>> Medication Reviews
>>Allocation of Enhanced Access hours shared across GP team
>> Student support/Clinician support surgeries
