You will be joining a collaborative clinical team with the opportunity to contribute your ideas and play an important part in the continued development of the practice.
We are flexible regarding working patterns and are looking for someone who will share our commitment to providing excellent patient-centred care.
Main duties of the job
As a Salaried GP, you will provide a broad range of general practice services to our registered patient population, working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
The role offers variety across face-to-face and telephone consultations, clinical decision-making, ongoing management of patients and collaboration with colleagues and other healthcare professionals. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to clinical quality improvement, audit and the ongoing development of services within the practice.
We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and committed to delivering high-quality care, while working collaboratively with the wider practice team.
About us
Southam Surgery is a friendly, forward-thinking GP practice serving approximately 7,200 patients across Southam and the surrounding rural communities.
We are a 3-partner GMS practice with a supportive clinical team including salaried GPs, practice nurses and healthcare assistants, alongside an experienced administrative and patient services team. We value good communication, mutual support and creating a positive working environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute.
We are proud of the feedback we receive from our patients, including consistently high GP Patient Survey results, and we are continually looking for ways to improve the experience we provide.
We offer a welcoming and supportive environment where clinicians can work as part of a team rather than feeling they are working in isolation. We encourage professional development, innovation and involvement in practice initiatives, while recognising the importance of a healthy and sustainable work-life balance.
If you are looking to join a practice where you will be valued as an individual, supported by your colleagues and able to make a genuine difference to patients, we would love to hear from you.
