Are you motivated by the opportunity to guide individuals towards improved wellbeing, resilience and sustainable employment?
Work Well is a countywide programme supporting people with health-related barriers to find work, stay in work, or return to employment. We're looking for a full-time Work & Health Coach to join our friendly, person-centred team on a fixed-term contract until March 2029. This will be a floating/roving role covering the North of Northamptonshire.
In this role, you'll work one-to-one with individuals to explore barriers, build confidence, and create practical plans that support improved wellbeing and sustainable employment.
While a full time working pattern is desired, we welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time, starting at 22.5 hours per week, or other flexible working arrangements, and will consider these in line with service needs.
Please note that the location listed in this advert is intended to indicate the geographical area covered by the role and isn't a fixed place of work. This role will work flexibly across the locality and wider Work Well service as required.

If you're someone who thrives on empowering others and delivering meaningful, high-quality support, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference.
