Help people in Wakefield stay in work or get back to it
Conexus Healthcare CIC is the community interest company and federation for general practice in Wakefield. You will be empathetic, confident talking about health, and able to build rapport with people from different backgrounds. You will be organised, comfortable using IT systems and able to keep clear records. We will give you the training you need and ongoing development.
Where you will work
Your base will be Sandal Castle Medical Centre, and you will work flexibly across the Wakefield district. You will need a full UK driving licence and business insurance, or another way to travel for work. We will pay reasonable travel expenses.
This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
