About Us
We are a small, close-knit GMS practice serving just under 4,400 patients in a friendly community. With two GP partners and 2 part-time salaried GPs we are looking to welcome a new Salaried GP.
We pride ourselves on our open-door policy, supportive working culture, and family-friendly ethos. Every GP in the team looks after their own patient list and shares in the clinical and administrative responsibilities, fostering a sense of ownership and continuity. We are a training practice, committed to learning and professional development, and actively encourage special interests. We also host and run Nottinghamshire Community Dermatology Service.
The Role
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to our list-based patients
- Take part in the shared duty rota and contribute to on-the-day access
- Engage in clinical admin and practice development alongside colleagues
- Contribute to the education and mentoring of trainees if interested
- Work collaboratively with our small, friendly team to help shape the future of the practice
What We Offer
- Warm, supportive and inclusive working environment
- Encouragement and support for developing areas of clinical interest
- Dedicated time for CPD and support for professional development
- Modern clinical systems (SystmOne) and experienced support staff
- Regular team meetings and an environment where all voices are heard
- Practice-based decision making – no corporate structure
- 12-month salaried GP post with a clear pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate

- Self-motivated and organised with a proactive approach to workload
- Experience in or interest in practice development and leadership
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- A friendly, supportive, and compassionate doctor
- Self-sufficient but happy to work collaboratively in a small team
